Are you thinking…What’s going on? What’s the plan Stan?
Bet you’ve all heard and if not, here it is straight from the rooster’s mouth. May 16th a wall will go up as our Deli closes for remodeling. Don’t worry, when we open back up (about 3 months they are guessing) the same tasty fried chicken won’t change and will be hot, juicy and ready for you. We will continue to offer breakfast, lunch and dinner items, just not quite the number of options as usual.
We are completely renovating our workhorse, the Deli department. This will allow us the opportunity to offer you our usual good food, plus many new items.
We are currently wrapping up building a new Meat Department. Both Dan and Ricky are excited for a proper place to cut meat and prepare all the chicken, pork and Painted Hills beef products you’ve come to love.
The rumors are true! With all this change another new thing for all of us will be a Meat Smoker! That’s right, we are upping our game and will be offering all sorts of smoked meat. Got a request, let us know! Cool note on this, our smoker was custom made locally by Rob at Cascade Smokers.
We know you love our people, after all, THEY are Oliver Lemon’s. Not to worry, we are doing some shuffling and during construction all our Deli folks will have the option to work at our other two stores, maintaining their hours AND benefits.
After more than two years of dealing with the outside of the property, we are thrilled to be investing in way more fun stuff with our Deli and Meat remodel.
