When it came to naming our market, we knew we wanted something that reflected who we are. Something a little savory. A little zesty. A little unusual. And a lot local. That’s how Oliver Lemon was born. We complemented our fun, colorful Oliver Lemon name with a character to match. Oliver, our vibrant, multihued Rooster icon, is the face (or is it beak?) of the brand, who reminds us of our hometown roots and, like a weathervane, always keeps us pointed in the right direction.
